Trade terms and conditions
The terms that apply to every Kinetic Distribution trade account and order.

1. Who we are
These terms are between you and ASD UK Trading LTD, trading as Kinetic Distribution, of Unit 3 Waterloo Trade Park, Cleveland Street, Hull, East Yorkshire HU8 7AU, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: trade@kineticdistribution.co.uk, 01377 780 060.
2. Trade accounts
We supply business customers only. To buy from us you need an approved trade account. We may ask for proof of trading, such as a VAT or company number, and we may decline or close an account at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business named on the account. You must tell us promptly if your business details change.
3. Orders
Orders are placed by email, phone or through your rep. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods. All orders are subject to availability.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are as shown on the trade price list current at the time of order and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated. Payment terms are agreed with each account. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before dispatch.
5. Delivery and collection
We deliver within the UK by courier or to a UPS Access Point, and worldwide via UPS on a quote. Collection from Hull is available by arrangement. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Please check goods on arrival and report any shortage or damage within 2 working days.
6. Returns and faulty goods
Returns are handled under our returns policy.
7. Legal compliance
Airsoft replicas are subject to UK law, including the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. You are responsible for selling realistic imitation firearms only where a lawful defence applies, and for meeting any age and verification duties that apply to your sales.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Using this website
This website gives general information about our business. Content may change without notice. Do not misuse the site or its forms.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
